Oak Tree Cottage, Oasis of Rest

A Ministry to Christian Leaders

Where can Christian leaders get help? Leaders face mounting pressures in their churches and the culture. They’re called to lead others. But where do they go for help when they face burnout, struggles, or transitions? We offer confidential Christian leadership coaching at our oasis of rest in Wake Forest, NC in the context of authentic hospitality. Christian leaders can book a personalized retreat at our home.

Meet Your Oasis Hosts

Come visit Oak Tree Cottage! We like to greet our guests by first introducing ourselves. So let me start with a warm welcome. My name is Marny, and I am one of the hosts of Oak Tree Cottage, an oasis of rest.

Andreas and I want to give you the insider’s scoop on expectations for leaders when staying with us. We are certified Christian leadership coaches (CCLC) with years of experience training leaders for ministry.

We are committed to nurturing men and women in ministry effectiveness for the long haul.

Oak Tree Cottage

Oak Tree Cottage is a haven of comfort and culinary delight. The Oak Tree Cottage experience is an opportunity for Christian leaders to enjoy rest and encouragement with optional leadership coaching. Leaders’ relaxation is our number one priority.

Quality comfort, family atmosphere. We want to share our home with Christian leaders, to have them book with us and discover exceptional hospitality, delicious food, and home-away-from-home comfort. We look forward to meeting leaders needing support and encouragement!

Oasis Lodging

The primary guest room is the original master bedroom with private bath, high-speed internet, central heating and air conditioning for your privacy and comfort.

Our first-floor library is a private sitting room just for you, situated directly across from the guest room, full of books and board games for you to enjoy during your stay.

The cozy front porch and large back deck are great places to take in the peaceful atmosphere of small-town Wake Forest and to sip a tasty beverage.

Oasis Food and Drink

Guests will enjoy a full breakfast every morning of their stay, including fresh fruit, a hot entree, juice, and steaming coffee, tea, or cocoa. They can also enjoy an intimate and elevated evening meal.
