Marny and Andreas serve as hosts at Oak Tree Cottage, a ministry to pastors, missionaries, and church leaders needing rest and coaching.

Andreas serves as theologian in residence and director of the equipping center, as well as preaching occasionally.

Andreas serves on the affiliate faculty as research professor of biblical studies at the School of Ministry.
